What we take on

Structured strength training, coached classes, and recovery for adults who train with intention.

Our Services

Services on the floor

01

Personal training

One-to-one coaching with a written programme reviewed and updated every four weeks based on measurable progress data. Session notes are kept so the coach starting a session already knows where you finished last time — not asking you to recap. Form correction is delivered in real time with explanation, not just cue repetition.

02

Small-group strength

Coach-led sessions for six to eight members with a planned training block, progressions documented, and warm-up and cool-down included in the session time — not squeezed into the last five minutes. Groups are formed to share training goals and approximate capacity so the pace is appropriate for everyone in the room. Session programming is published weekly so you can prepare.

03

Mobility & recovery

Guided mobility and breath work sessions scheduled to complement heavier training days, not overlap them. Content is specific to the training block running in the same week rather than generic stretch sequences. Members with known restrictions receive modifications that address the underlying limitation rather than simply avoiding the movement.

04

Nutrition guidance

Practical habit coaching tied to your current training volume and schedule — not a calorie-deficit template applied uniformly. We work with what you actually eat and adjust incrementally rather than prescribing an entirely new approach that fails inside two weeks. Progress is tracked at 30-day intervals and guidance is updated accordingly.

How We Work

Our Proven Process

A written sequence from first brief to handoff — the same rail on every job.

  1. 1

    Consultation

Thirty minutes reviewing training history, current schedule, and goals — before any commitment.

  2. 2

    Your programme

A written plan specifying session types, weekly frequency, and recovery days from the first week.

  3. 3

    Review & adjust

Progress check-ins at 30 and 90 days to update the programme together based on real results.

Questions

Before the work starts

Do I need prior experience?
No. Most members start with a fundamentals phase where coaches establish baseline movement quality before adding load or complexity. The onboarding consultation identifies any existing injuries or restrictions so programming starts from where you actually are, not where the template assumes you are.
What is included in membership?
Membership tier determines session access — coached group classes, personal training credits, and open gym access vary by plan. All terms are explained in the consultation before you sign anything. We do not have a membership structure with features that require an upgrade to access things that were implied at sale.
Can I pause or cancel?
Pause and cancellation policies are written, explained during consultation, and provided in your membership agreement. There are no verbal-only terms. Pause requests are confirmed in writing within one business day and the billing adjustment is documented.
How are session sizes controlled?
Coached group classes are capped at eight members and the limit is enforced at booking — no overfilling and no waitlist system that admits members when someone is a no-show. The cap is set to the ratio where the coach can observe and correct every member in the session, not to a number that looks good in a class schedule.
